01 Warm Intro A warm handoff starts with a conversation you've already had — a client you've spoken with directly who has confirmed they're ready to transact within the next 90 days. The referring agent does not sell, negotiate, or advise — you simply submit the lead's contact information through the partner portal and provide a basic warm introduction to our corporate team, which keeps you 100% compliant with Limited Function Referral Office (LFRO) regulations. You'll get an instant confirmation, and from there our brokerage team reaches out to the client directly to confirm the process and get the required documents out for signature.

02 Expert Vetting Once intent is confirmed and paperwork is signed electronically, our team identifies two to three expert agents — each vetted for skill and responsiveness — who fit the client's needs, even across different cities or states. The client selects their agent and signs a listing or buyer's agreement. You're notified as each step completes, so you always know where your referral stands.

03 Elite Placement Once your client is placed, we bind the receiving agent to a strict Service Level Agreement that defines mandatory communication windows, response times, and follow-up sequences, and we send regular automated milestone surveys directly to your client to gather candid feedback. To guarantee world-class client care and protect the transaction, LFRO Partners reserves the absolute right to strip the lead and replace the active agent immediately if communication breaks down or service levels fall below our benchmark — keeping you informed the entire time, so your name stays protected no matter what happens after the handoff.

04 Next-Day Payout Every agent in our network is set up with direct deposit. The moment a transaction successfully closes and funds are received by our brokerage, we process your payout — typically within one business day, and always in line with state regulations. There are no bureaucratic delays; you get paid your hard-earned commission share fast.
